Tradehome Shoes is now hiring an Asst. Manager position to develop into a Store Manager. Tradehome Shoes puts individuals through a hands on, intense training that develops leaders and Store Managers for our company. During the training individuals will learn all aspects of the business- including- sales, merchandising, payroll, crew development, hiring, training, inventory control, sales and much more. The training time to become a store manager is between 12-18 months (typically). All promotions in Tradehome are based on performance- not seniority.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
$125/month for Major Medical Insurance
Free Prescription Drug plan to come with insurance plan
$250/month for employee plus 1 coverage
$375/month for employee plus 2 or more
Sick leave
Vacation pay Disability Insurance Holiday pay
Profit sharing- one of the best plans in the nation
